Sports park needed in south Grand Valley

The large parcel of land at the corner of 29Rd and Riverside Parkway would be a great location for a sports oriented park like Canyon View that serves the south side of town. It would also make a more suitable centralized location for any future community center. This would leave Matchett Park able to be minimally developed as a open space style nature park, something which this valley really needs.
